Its yazaki and the new CEO is in favour of his own team. highly political and no competancy .


the new management has no objective .


all the first line potential to become leaders has been moved to the back bench.

Degree or diploma holders should not join engineering department. Engineering head don’t have engineering education & background. don’t know other than connector series and make. He is capable of handling maximum 12-15 10th 12th and ITI holders. Still big team with high education/experience is under him. His basic motto is to get his lacs of salary without work. Whole day he is busy in playing politics against honest, hard working, knowledgeable employees & is his favorite hobby. Take help of Japanese expatriate(came here to enjoy and insult engineers without respecting their post/experience/age), employee jo galiyaa de sakte hai, politics khelke / baate banake growth ko rok sakte hai. Both of them feel very great to insult engineers in front of juniors, trainees. He don’t want to grow because it needs more responsibilities/knowledge. He like employees who likes his dirty jokes full of gaaliya/affairs/girls/cruel intentions/dictatorship approach/and don’t like to work. Such people gets promotions each year. He spoiled life/career of many many employees to take revenge and secure his position/chair. Engineering head don’t have manners to speak, behave. Use very worst language even in front of female employees. Not a single managerial attribute.


Increment mentioned by Open_Heart are only for favored employees of engineering head and outside of engineering. There are no any kind of policies. Is it not odd such big employee count company don’t have HR head? Policies changes person to person each day/hour based on mood swings of engineering management, zero control. All less experienced, less mature, high post people are in HR. Many employees resigned because of dirty environment. Under name of growth plan they are hiring and placing them in resigned employee. VG7855 is right. Nobody want to work here. Head keep on trying to sign bonds from employees and is a trap. Amount is very high around 1 Cr. with 5-6 yrs service. Once you sign, you are trapped in North Korean jail.


It is not Tata company. Job security completely depend on mood/favor of engineering top management. Many are terminated, harassed badly for not supporting their politics. They feel proud to so and give example to others "dekho maine kaise bhagaya usko."


Do not get mislead by good reviews by open_heart or other websites. These reviews are mostly for Non India locations or other than engineering department.


Rather than writing famous sayings “ grass green ….”etc…. Better to CALL/CONTACT ANY EX OR CURRENT EMPLOYEE WORKING IN ENGINEERING IN PUNE AND VERIFY TRUTH/FACTS.

The company is no longer with TATA . It is headed by the japanese MD and Indian CEO Mr Prashanth Nayak .


Initially the company was making huge loses but now they are gaining . They are present all accross India with 15 Plants .( Bangalore, Chennai, Gujrat( 2 Nos) UTK, Jamshedput, Ranjangoan( Pune), Wagholi( Pune), Delhi, Rakasthan and City Office Pune.


They had faced lot of organisational Transformations which resulted in attrition as the Non performers were told to leave. Also the shift of Business also made an attempt to protect the job by giving them lucrative transfer allowances and hikes.


This companies average increment trend is 14.5% .


Near 25% people were promoted this year as a career growth plan .


They have tied up THOMAS Assessment Centre for identified Hi Potential Performance Plans .


Nearly 35 People from engineering department has visited Overseas and are given average hike of 15% wirth retention allowances.


Recently they are amending overseas Policy for better strike rates and convenience.


They have also opened software division in the south region for inorganic growth.


As a strong Business policy they have implemented ISMS( Information security management system) which embarks lot of restrictions on Smart Phones and employee movements as it is the need of the business . Majority of the new comers has adjusted with the environment but the oldies are not able to cope and which may tend to increase the frustration.


This company does not have Head HR but is run successfully by the Council Team of HR and IR which reports to the CEO directly.


The best way to get the assesment is to visit the company officials directly which they entertains to speak about .


The average age is 32 & the tennure of service is 6 Years .


They have Roburst HR Systems called ADRENALIN and Employee communication Portals.


Would like to end the quote with the famous saying " THE GRASS IS ALWAYS GREEN ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE FENCE"

I tata yazaki autocomp ltd management and the human resource work at their withim. and lots of politics mainly due to in completent people in leadership roles. this results in more qualified and dynamic employees view and suggestions them. and the behaviour of the employee are not such good at all to the particular who are standing in such a manner. each and every department have their role but the main humanr esource department are the worst behaviour department in the tata company so I recommenation not to any one for this company.

Its really Frustrating to work here we are all Trapped


Mr. Venkat Dadi is a bad person Here Spoiling culture and doing all Mal practice


I am working here and cant change job since this person knows where the employees going for interview. he will shout at you once your back next day


So guyes please be aware


Its a Trap they make 5-7 Years Bond and bond Cost is 95 Lacks To 2 Cr.
